The Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (to abandon the Products) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (to return the Products) only if the Products are unused, undamaged and undamaged and in their original packaging and have all original labels attached. The costs associated with returning high-quality Products are borne by the Customer.
NB! If the right of withdrawal is not provided for in accordance with Section 53, Subsection 4 of the Consumer Protection Act, the product information will contain information that the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal, or if the consumer may lose his or her right of withdrawal, the product information will also contain information about the circumstances under which the right of withdrawal is lost. For example, there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made products.
Customer returns are only accepted together with a return application.
The completed return application can be submitted either on paper together with the Products to be returned or by email to info@trailo.ee.
