The standard delivery time for backordered products is 7-14tp. In some cases it is longer, so it is recommended to specify the delivery time in advance!
Orders received on the weekend cannot be picked up before the start of the new week!
Orders received after 15:00 on Friday will be processed on Monday of the new week!
Parcel machine and post office
The parcel machine is free for purchases of at least 40€, the regular price is 5€ for orders with a lower amount. Delivery within 3 working days of making the purchase (except for products with a longer delivery time). When the package is delivered, you will receive an SMS containing the security code to open the parcel machine.
Smartpost courier service
The fastest and most convenient way to receive your purchase, the regular price is 24.8€ for orders with a lower amount. The courier will bring the goods to your home, office or wherever you need them. The courier will contact you by phone to let you know when the package will be delivered.
The courier service is not provided for roof boxes or roof tents! These products are for self-pickup only!
