This Privacy Policy regulates the principles of collection, processing and storage of personal data. Personal data is collected, processed and stored by the responsible personal data processor Trailo O\u00dc (registration code 17395238) (hereinafter referred to as the data processor).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. A data subject for the purposes of the Privacy Policy is a customer or other natural person whose personal data is processed by the data processor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3. For the purposes of the Customer Privacy Policy, anyone who purchases goods or services from the data processor&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.4. The data processor shall process personal data lawfully, fairly and securely in accordance with the data processing principles established by law, including the data processor&#8217;s processing of personal data. The data processor is able to confirm that personal data has been processed in accordance with the legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collection, processing and storage of personal data<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. The personal data that the data processor collects, processes and stores are collected electronically, mainly via the website and e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. By sharing their personal data, the data subject grants the data processor the right to collect, organize, use and manage the personal data defined in the privacy policy, which the data subject shares with the data processor directly or indirectly when purchasing goods or services from the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3. The data subject is responsible for ensuring that the data provided by them is true, correct and complete. Knowingly providing false data constitutes a violation of the privacy policy. The data subject is obliged to immediately inform other data processors of any changes to the data provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4. The data processor is not liable for any damage caused to the data subject or third parties by the data subject providing false data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processing of customers&#8217; personal data<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. The data processor may process the following personal data of the data subject:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1.1. First and last name;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1.2. Date of birth;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1.3. telephone number;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1.4. E-mail address;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1.5. Delivery address;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1.6. Bank account number;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1.7. Payment card supplement;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. In addition to the above, the data processor has the right to collect data about the customer that is available in public registers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) the data subject has provided his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with the participation of data subjects or for taking measures to enter into a contract at the request of the data subject;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of obligations relating to responsible processing;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">f) processing of personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party, where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, in particular where the data subject is a child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4. Processing of personal data in accordance with the processing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.1. Purpose of processing \u2013 security and safety<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maximum period of storage of personal data \u2013 in accordance with the deadlines specified in the law<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.2. Purpose of processing \u2013 ensuring the functioning of the online store services<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maximum period of storage of personal data \u2013 24 calendar months<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.3. Purpose of processing \u2013 customer management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maximum period of storage of personal data \u2013 24 calendar months 3.4.4. Purpose of processing \u2013 financial activities, accounting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maximum period of storage of personal data \u2013 in accordance with the deadlines specified in the law<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4.5. Purpose of processing \u2013 marketing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maximum period of storage of personal data \u2013 24 calendar months<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.5. The data processor has the right to share personal data with third parties, such as authorized data processors, accountants, transport and courier companies, companies providing transfer services. The data processor is the controller of personal data. The data processor transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor ESTO O\u00dc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.6. When processing and storing the personal data of the data subject, the data processor applies organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure and any other unlawful processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.7. The data processor stores the data of data subjects for the purpose of processing, but not longer than 2 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rights of the data subject<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. The data subject has the right to access and inspect his or her personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2. The data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of personal data concerning him\/her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.3. The data subject has the right to supplement or correct inaccurate data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.4. If the data processor processes the data subject&#8217;s personal data based on the data subject&#8217;s statements, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.5. To exercise his\/her rights, the data subject can contact the e-shop customer support at info@trailo.ee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.6. The data subject can file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate to protect his\/her rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Final provisions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. These data protection conditions have been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia, and the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2.
